Dosage

Recommendations

Before the first use, rinse with water to remove the fine dust from the filter media

The ideal placement of FilterMAX in your filter is immediately after the mechanical filtration

For the fastest FilterMAX cycling, squeeze an already colonized with bacteria sponge into the aquarium and let the filter absorb them

In the event of a reset, do not leave the filter off for more than 5-6 hours to prevent the loss of bacteria

Keep filter media clean by cleaning the external filter every 3-6 months

If denitrification occurs in your system and the NO3 values are close to zero, clean the filter more often
